This notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Scope
This notice applies to visiting this website and submitting the Founder’s Edition / partner application form. Submitting the form is not a pilot contract. If we invite you into a pilot or evaluation, a separate written Pilot and Evaluation Agreement (and any Statement of Work) will govern pilot data, intellectual property, confidentiality, and publicity.
Information collected
Through the partner application form we may collect name, organisation, role, work email, country or region of operation, partner category, evaluation timeline, intended use case, and an optional message. Hosting logs and analytics may also process technical data such as IP address and browser or device information.
Purpose
We use this information to evaluate and respond to partnership, pilot, integration, and research collaboration requests; to decide whether to invite an applicant into a separate pilot process; to maintain an internal enquiry record; and to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are emailed to partnership@orbitalquantum.com (Google Workspace) and stored in a server-side audit log on infrastructure we control. We keep enquiry records as long as needed for partnership evaluation, legitimate business records, and legal obligations, then delete or archive them.
Sensitive information
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive technical information through this website.
Service providers and international processing
We use Google Workspace for email, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and LogRocket, Inc. for session analytics on the production website. If you contact us from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada and in other countries where these providers operate, including the United States.
Security
We use access-controlled systems, TLS in transit, and restricted application secrets. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Access and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Contact partnership@orbitalquantum.com. We will respond within applicable statutory timelines.
Cookies and analytics
On the production website we use LogRocket (LogRocket, Inc.) to improve site performance and visitor experience. LogRocket may capture session replay; clicks, navigation, and scrolling; browser, device, performance, and error information; IP addresses; and approximate geographic information derived from IP.
Typed partnership-form entries are masked in session replay, and the form’s submission traffic is excluded from LogRocket network capture. Ordinary page content, navigation, calls to action, layout, and scrolling remain visible for experience diagnostics. LogRocket retention follows the vendor’s project settings under our instruction.
We do not use Google Analytics on this website. LogRocket is not initialized on our internal staging host.
Form handling
Submissions are sent to our servers over HTTPS. Success is shown only after the server accepts the request. Automated abuse controls are in place.
After acceptance
Accepted pilots are intended to sign a separate Pilot and Evaluation Agreement. That contract — not this page — covers confidentiality, ownership of pilot data and results, limited name and logo use, and marketing use of non-confidential pilot results. It is not executed by submitting this website form.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do.
